In the large private garden you will find an elevated chlorine pool with dimensions of 1 x 3 m and a constant depth of 1 m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Around it, a fantastic furnished porch will provide you with a fantastic space where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The house and its facilities are completely private, although there are neighbors nearby.

The interior of the two-story home, decorated in a very cozy style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a wonderful living-dining room with Smart TV, a kitchen with a gas stove and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and, finally, a bathroom with a shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Through a staircase you will access the first floor, where the two bedrooms are. Both have two single beds and AC and also share a fantastic dressing room. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

This accommodation is located very close to the town of Las Lagunas de Mijas, a very popular residential area for its wide variety of services and its wide range of leisure and entertainment. We encourage you to stroll through its historic center while visiting the Plaza de la Constitución, enjoy a day of shopping or stop at a good restaurant while you enjoy trying the delicious typical dishes of Andalusian cuisine. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, just 10 minutes by car you will reach Los Boliches beach, considered one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. This large golden sandy beach with crystal-clear waters is ideal for spending a day with family or friends, as it offers a pleasant and safe environment, with many entertainment options for all ages.
