The beautiful exteriors of the apartment complex, of typically Menorcan construction, evoke peace and tranquility. In them, you will find large and well-kept gardens that will lead you to the swimming pool with a children's area, chlorinated and shared, which measures 20x10m and whose depth varies between 0.5m and 2m. Around it you will find several sun loungers where you can relax while you tan. Because it is located in a building, this apartment has direct neighbors.
The home, which is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, is designed so that they can rest as they deserve. On your terrace, which has an awning, barbecue and offers beautiful views of the mountains, you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your companions. The living-dining room, which has AC and Smart TV, is perfect for extending the evenings. The kitchen is open and has everything you need so you can cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping, they have 3 bedrooms: one double and the other two with single beds. Two bathrooms with shower serve the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
