The rear terrace, with beautiful views of the fields, is perfect for your al fresco lunches and dinners. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The two-story house has a modern and functional style, with all the comforts for a perfect stay. The dining room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, wood stove, Smart TV and an elegant table for 6 people. There is a second dining room for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a ceramic hob and also offers another table with 4 chairs for your breakfasts. The laundry room is independent and consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor is the second bedroom, also with two single beds, a terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, if you are traveling with your baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair. And finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating so it can be enjoyed during the winter months as well.

The property is located on the outskirts of Son Servera, just 3 km from the town, where you can find all the basic services for an independent stay. It also has easy access to many charming places, such as sa Marjal beach about 6.5 km away, or the Levante Natural Park or the Costa dels Pins. For golf lovers, the Son Servera golf course is about 7.2 km away, so you can have an entertaining day. Nearby, in the town of Artí you can discover the most deeply rooted traditions of the island, such as its traditional market held every Saturday.
