The villa is located just 800 meters from the charming center of Llubà and is ideal for exploring Mallorca. In 20 minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches such as Can Picafort, Puerto Alcudia and Formentor, known for their soft sand and shallow waters, perfect for families. Enjoy various water activities, visit the Port Alcudia marina or relax in the beachfront cafes and restaurants.
Pets are allowed and there is outdoor parking for five cars. This property has a license for tourist use (ETV/7196).
