Outside this property you can enjoy, in total privacy, the pleasant Mediterranean climate. Either sunbathing on the four sun loungers that surround the pool while reading a magazine, or having an early breakfast on the terrace taking advantage of the cool mornings and the wonderful views of the mountains. In fact, if you fancy a freshly made orange juice, and the season allows it, there are many orange trees on the plot. When the heat hits, it will be a pleasure to swim in the long salt pool, no less than 16 x 3.5 meters and 1 to 2 meters deep, or take a shower in the outdoor bathroom. In the evenings, the porch is perfect for family dinner with a tasty barbecue.
With a single distribution floor and decorated in a modern style although with some rustic details, this house has a huge room, with air conditioning, where the kitchen, dining room and living room are unified; two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is gas, has a bar with stools and a table with four chairs, and opens the way to a dining area with a second larger table, and the living room. Here you can lie on the sofa while watching TV-SAT or a DVD movie, while listening to music on the CD player or playing different board games available to you. Behind some fascinating marble columns are the bathroom and two bedrooms with air conditioning. One has two double beds and a wardrobe, and the second has a double bed, a large dressing room. We can also prepare a crib and a high chair for a baby. There is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron in the laundry room. Two radiators are available if needed.
The farm is located near the train tracks so, for a few seconds, you may hear the sound of the train. Although it is an advantage since they can reach different towns by this transport, such as the center of Sa Pobla where they will find everything they need for a pleasant stay. By car, the town of Pollença is also close by. It is a beautiful town that is worth visiting; its beautiful cobblestone streets and its small shops. We recommend a visit to Calvari, a small church located in the upper part of the town with spectacular views. Also about 20 minutes away by car, you will reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, beaches of fine white sand, ideal for bathing in their crystal-clear waters or eating a paella near the shore.
