Outside this beautiful property you will find an incredible private chlorine pool with dimensions of 10 m x 4 m and a depth ranging between 1.20m and 2.10m and will be ideal for cooling off and sunbathing on your sun loungers after a long day of sightseeing around the island. The extensive garden is the favorite place for the little ones who can run and play as they please. On the porch you can all enjoy a wonderful barbecue together. The property is fenced so privacy is partial.

The interior of the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room where you can relax on the comfortable sofas while you enjoy watching a series on satellite TV. The ceramic hob kitchen, which is independent, is equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower complete this floor. Going up the stairs you will find two more bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the balcony from where you can enjoy magnificent views. The third and last bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. You can also use the washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you travel with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

It is a small and cozy town, with a mix of traditional Mallorcan architecture and modern amenities. For nature lovers, nearby is also the Mondragó Natural Park, a nature reserve with virgin beaches, numerous trails and a wide variety of native flora and fauna.
