The 19th century mansion was carefully renovated in 2014 and a chlorine pool was built, measuring 10m x 4m and with a depth of between 1.1m and 1.8m, as well as a children's pool with a depth of 0.45m. Both pools as well as the terraces, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and barbecue are for community use. The plot of the farm is enormous and has more than 32,000m2 of fenced land. Within the property there are several homes for two or four people and Rafal Graner, with 39m2, is one of the smallest, offering space for two guests. It is on the first floor and has a terrace with two sun loungers and a table, perfect for celebrating outdoor evenings. The living-dining room with kitchenette is ideal for spending a relaxing afternoon watching satellite television or reading a book. The small kitchen space has two gas stoves, a coffee maker, refrigerator and basic utensils for preparing breakfast. Here you rest in a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and space to prepare a cot/high chair. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the equipment. The farmhouse is located in the northeast center of the island, 15 km from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. By car you can travel to the beaches of Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. In both the towns of Petra and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar you can participate in the daily life of Mallorcans, go to a celler and try our excellent food or stroll through the alleys. The city of Manacor offers a wide variety of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There is no washing machine but they offer laundry service at an on-site cost. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
