The 19th century mansion was carefully renovated in 2014 and a chlorine pool was built, measuring 10m x 4m and with a depth of between 1.1m and 1.8m, as well as a children's pool with a depth of 0.45m. Both pools as well as the terraces, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and barbecue are for community use. The plot of the farm is huge and has more than 32,000m2 of fenced land. Within the property there are several accommodations for four or two people and this one in particular is one of the smallest for two people, ideal for couples. It is on the first floor with a terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers to tan in peace. The kitchen, dining room and living room are spread over 22m2; where you can have a cup of tea next to the wood stove or watch a movie on satellite television. The kitchenette is simply equipped, offering a gas stove, a mixer, toaster and some kitchen utensils for preparing small dishes. The only bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe has the typical wooden beams on the ceiling. A bathroom with shower serves the home. If you come with your baby, we prepare a crib and a high chair. The farmhouse is located in the north-east center of the island, 15 km from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. By car you can travel to the beaches of Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. In both the towns of Petra and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar you can participate in the daily life of Mallorcans, go to a celler and try our excellent food or stroll through the alleys. The city of Manacor offers a wide variety of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There is no washing machine but they offer laundry service at an on-site cost. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
