The 19th century mansion was renovated in 2014, without losing the authentic atmosphere of the past and offers a very particular home for our guests. During hot summer days you can enjoy a swim in the shared chlorine pool, with a size of 10m x 4m and a depth of between 1.1m and 1.8m. The little ones enjoy a children's pool with a depth of 0.45m. Several community terraces invite you to have a barbecue, share conversations and laughs with neighbors or family. Parasols and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor shower, turn this space into an oasis to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. The plot is huge and has more than 32,000m2 of land which is fenced. The agrotourism offers several homes with two or four beds. It has a furnished porch where you can enjoy a private corner to have breakfast or eat outside. Inside it has a pleasant and cozy style with a living-dining room and kitchen in the same space. The kitchenette has a gas stove, a high chair in case a baby comes along, and some basic kitchen utensils to prepare small dishes. One bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds both offer an en-suite bathroom with shower or bathtub as well as a wardrobe. The bedroom with two beds has space to prepare a cot and has access to the terrace. The farmhouse is located in the north-east center of the island, 15 km from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. By car you can travel to the beaches of Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. In both the towns of Petra and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar you can participate in the daily life of Mallorcans, go to a celler and try our excellent food or stroll through the alleys. The city of Manacor offers a wide variety of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There is no washing machine but they offer laundry service at an on-site cost. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
