The 19th century mansion was renovated in 2014, without losing the authentic atmosphere of the past and offers a very particular home for our guests. During hot summer days you can enjoy a swim in the shared chlorine pool, with a size of 10m x 4m and a depth of between 1.1m and 1.8m. The little ones enjoy a children's pool with a depth of 0.45m. Several community terraces invite you to have a barbecue, share conversations and laughs with neighbors or family. Parasols and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor shower, turn this space into an oasis to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. The apartment has a private, furnished terrace with a hemp roof for having breakfast outside. The plot is huge and has more than 32,000m2 of land which is fenced. The farm-tourism property offers several homes for two or four people and this particular one is one of the largest, since it is for four guests in total. The interiors are decorated in a rural style with the typical wooden beams and parts of the walls made of natural stone. Upon entering you are welcomed by a living room with a sofa and satellite television. Going up the stairs we find a kitchen with a gas stove and table, simply equipped and with only some utensils to prepare a snack. Here you rest in two comfortable bedrooms, both with a wardrobe and two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and sink serves the house. A cot and high chair are available on request. The farmhouse is located in the north-east center of the island, 15 km from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. By car you can travel to the beaches of Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. In both the towns of Petra and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar you can participate in the daily life of Mallorcans, go to a celler and try our excellent food or stroll through the alleys. The city of Manacor offers a wide variety of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There is no washing machine but they offer laundry service at an on-site cost. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
