The 140 m2 house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with a fireplace and AC that will be ideal for extending the evenings, as well as a bedroom, also with AC that has a double bed. The kitchen, independent and gas, is prepared for you to cook in total comfort. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, serve this floor. Via the stairs you will access the upper floor, where there is another living room and two bedrooms with AC. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and portable radiators. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Caimari is a small town with a lot of charm located in the middle of the Tramuntana; Nature abounds in it. There you will find everything you need for your stay, and Inca, a small town, is just 5 km from Caimari, where you will find larger shops and a wide variety of leisure activities. It is ideal for lovers of nature, hiking, etc. Well, in the area there are several routes for excursions.
