The exterior of the property is simply lush, with an 8m x 4m pool surrounded by 6 comfortable sunbeds, creating the perfect environment to relax under the Mediterranean sun. The pool area includes a cozy stone barbecue and a table for 6 people, ideal for enjoying alfresco meals and family gatherings. In addition, in the upper outdoor area, you can enjoy endless views of nature and the mountains, with another table for 6 people, perfect for sunset dinners. The distribution of the house on one floor provides comfort and accessibility. The bright dining room, which connects to the outside, has comfortable sofas that offer a relaxing space with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the living room, with a large table for 6 people.
