The large house, 250 m2 and two floors, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is ideal for families or groups of friends, since there is space for up to 8 people. You will find two rooms on the ground floor, both with a double bed and access to the garden. One of them has an en-suite bathroom. The other two rooms are located on the first floor, one of them equipped with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The house has 4 fans.
The villa has a warm atmosphere. It is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. In the living room you can rest, read a good book lying on the comfortable sofa, while the independent kitchen has everything you need to cook during your vacation: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob and electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and much more. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The exteriors are very beautiful: go outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or simply relax in the garden. The porch is furnished with a table and 8 chairs for cool dinners on summer nights. The pool terrace is equipped with 8 sun loungers and there are also curtains providing shade. The pool is private and measures 10x5 meters.

The house is only 2.2 km from Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you may need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The town of Pollença is also close by. It is a beautiful town that is worth visiting, you will enjoy its cobbled streets and all the little shops in the area, you can go up to the Calvari, an old church in the upper part of the town, from where you can enjoy spectacular views. Just a 20-minute drive will take you to Playa de Muro, Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Spend a day on the fine sand beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat paella which have incredible views. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is very lively and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend that you visit the area of ​​Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters. The villa offers you a home away from home, with a rustic air, very charming at the same time and in one of the best areas of Mallorca. Don't go on vacation just anywhere – make your vacation an unforgettable experience! Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
