The chlorine pool is perfectly integrated into the beautiful natural landscape, surrounded by trees. With a size of 11m x 5m and a depth of between 0.8m x 2.5m, it is an ideal place to swim in the morning. After playing sports, you may want to lie down in one of the eight hammocks, or enjoy a long breakfast on the terrace with awning. The plot has many beautiful corners to have an afternoon wine under the trees, to play with the children in the natural garden or to surprise your loved ones with a homemade barbecue. The first floor balcony has stunning views and looks out to the Mediterranean Sea. The property is fenced and there are some neighbors in the area.

A beautiful arch-shaped door gives access to a hall and finally to the beautiful living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, and cooking will be easy and fun. In addition, the kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms, all with double beds. There is also the possibility of putting a crib. This house is fully adapted for winter, as it is equipped with central heating. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the third, however, has a bathtub and a shower. There is air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms.

This house is located on the side of a mountain, very close to Cala Millor, in the northeast of the island. The beach is only 1.5 kilometers away and is a fine sandy beach with moderate waves and a long promenade with all kinds of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. At night it is a good area to go for drinks. Son Servera golf and Pula golf are less than 10 kilometers away. Near Canyamel and next to the sea, are the Artà caves. More recommended beaches are S'Illot beach, Cala Mendia beach and Porto Cristo beach. At the safari zoo you will enjoy with the whole family. A car is necessary to get around. For possible additional costs, consult the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
