This magnificent villa is perfect if you are looking for tranquility and privacy, as the exteriors invite you to relax thanks to a beautiful garden with a private salt pool, accompanied by amazing views. It has dimensions of 7x3m and 0.9 to 1.5m deep and offers, around it, an area with sun loungers and a nice chill out. Behind, the porch is ideal for having breakfast. The house, with two floors, welcomes you with a large living-dining room with TV and air conditioning. Next, you access a Mallorcan kitchen equipped with gas stoves and everything you need to cook or eat here as well. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed that complete this main floor. On the upper floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and one more room with a double bed. There is AC in all 3 bedrooms, 1 cot and 1 high chair available. Sineu, 500 m away, is a quiet and authentic town, in the center of Mallorca, known for its traditional Wednesday market and for its wide variety of restaurants of all kinds, but especially cellers (typical restaurants serving Majorcan cuisine). Can Picafort beach is 22.7 km away and Son Gual golf course is 29.2 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 23 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
