This impressive three-story house offers a terrace on each of its heights, each more perfect for enjoying a pleasant vacation. The interior terrace becomes a peaceful place where you can enjoy a good swim in the private chlorine pool, measuring 3 x 1.5 m and with a depth of 1.2 m. On the 1st floor, a second terrace with an outdoor sofa invites you to enjoy a good glass of wine at sunset before preparing a delicious barbecue. And on the 2nd floor, you will enjoy sunbathing or reading a book on one of the two sun loungers.
Upon entering the house you will find a large dining area where you can enjoy exquisite banquets prepared in the beautiful kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Right here they have a bathroom with a shower and a room with a double bed. Going up the stairs you find a magnificent living room - where you can rest or watch satellite television - as well as two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom here also with a shower. On the top floor there is another bedroom with a double bed. Three of the bedrooms have a closet and one has a dressing room. There is a cot and a high chair. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is acclimatized with ducted air conditioning, so you can stay at any time of the year as it also has a heat pump.
Santanyà is a beautiful town with all the services available, such as a supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc., very close to the coast, where its beaches are characterized by having turquoise waters. Cala SantanyÃ, in fact, is one of them and is located just 3.8 km from the house. We also recommend visiting the impressive coves of Cala Llombards or Caló des Moro. And if you like golf, you also have the Vall d'Or course, in S'Horta, just 14 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
