On the porch overlooking the salt pool, 8x4m and 0.80 to 2.50m deep, you can enjoy authentic evenings accompanied by a tasty dinner prepared on the large grill. Around the pool they have up to two sun loungers for sunbathing.

The house has a wonderful living-dining room open to the outside, where you can watch satellite TV or listen to some music. The kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, has a very original style that contrasts with the Majorcan character of the house. It has two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two single beds, as well as a second shared bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available in the house for a baby. The house has a fan in case it gets a bit hot and a pellet stove in the living room for colder days. There is a separate area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Binissalem is a charming town, with about 7,000 inhabitants, very pleasant and with some restaurants and bars with terraces, ideal for dining accompanied by a good wine from the town's vineyards, with Designation of Origin. Every Friday morning, between 8:00 and 15:00, the market is held in the Plaza de la Iglesia, where the townspeople take the opportunity to buy high-quality products such as vegetables, fruits or cheeses.

In just 20-25 minutes driving you will reach Playa de Palma or, if you prefer, in 45 minutes you can reach Puerto de Sóller, one of the most charming towns on the island. We recommend visiting the towns of the Sierra de Tramuntana, where you will also find good restaurants to eat exquisite paella, which have incredible views. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
