The exterior of the property offers several areas to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There you will find an outdoor shower where you can cool off and several sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing. In addition, there are two large tables and a mobile barbecue so you can have breakfast or celebrate unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby. The interior of the two-story house will offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with satellite TV, is ideal for extending the evenings. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms, two of them doubles and another with a trundle bed. In addition, all of them have AC and two of them have a balcony. On this floor there are two more bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The location of the house is perfect to enjoy the best sun and beach vacations. Alcúdia beach extends along several kilometers of silky sand where you can not only sunbathe and bathe in the warm waters, but also walk, enjoy different water sports, taste a delicious meal in a beach bar on the sand, etc. The area offers all the services for an independent stay.
