This wonderful property has a 3.5m x 6m saltwater pool, four comfortable sunbeds and a table for 6 people, offering you the perfect space to relax and enjoy the sun. It has a large stone barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends and panoramic views of nature on the cosy terrace on the second floor. The house is located on the second floor with a spacious kitchen with air conditioning and equipped to detail. Large living room where you can relax, read or watch TV, with large windows that allow natural light to enter. The three rooms with double beds have comfortable mattresses to provide a quality rest. One of the rooms is air-conditioned and the other two are equipped with fans. The two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, offer comfort and privacy for all guests. Ideal location, in a quiet area and just a few minutes drive from everything you need. Close to the villages of Muro and Sa Pobla characterized by their local products, places where you can get to know the authentic Mallorca. The finca is located a few minutes drive from the renowned beach of Muro known for its crystal clear waters and fine sand. It is also just a few minutes from Can Picafort, a village near the sea known for its restaurants, beaches, stores.... This finca is the perfect retreat for your vacations in Mallorca! The owner lives in the lower part of the house but the pool and garden area is private. The tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid on arrival in cash.
