This charming property combines the tranquility of the environment with a variety of amenities that guarantee unforgettable moments. Outdoor area perfect for relaxing in the great salzwater pool of 16m x 6m equipped with trampoline and surrounded by 6 sunbeds where you can sunbathe under the sun of Mallorca, there are also 3 umbrellas for those who prefer the shade. Great gardens where you can enjoy outdoor games, also has a variety of games for the little ones such as trampoline, playhouse, ping pong... Large porch with table for 6 people where you can enjoy outdoor meals and chill out where you can relax. For grill lovers in the outdoor area you will find the large stone barbecue. Very spacious interiors with large living room connected to the outdoor area and the kitchenette characterized by its grandeur and comfort, thanks to its culinary elements and its proximity to the dining table for 6 people. The rooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses for a quality rest, one of them is located on the ground floor with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the property you will find a total of three bathrooms, two with bathtub and one with shower and a toilet. In one room there is a sofa bed for another 2 persons.
