The exterior of the house is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private salt pool, with dimensions of 10 meters long by 5 meters wide, and a depth that varies from 0.80 to 2.10 meters, is perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. Next to the pool, you will find an outdoor shower and four sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing. In addition, before entering the interior of the house, there is a terrace with a mobile barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious barbecues, and a furnished porch where you can eat those delicious meals.

The rustic interior, distributed on a single floor, begins with a very spacious and bright space where you will find the kitchen, living room and dining room. To relax as a family watching satellite TV, you will have two very comfortable sofas and, to cool off, an A/C. In the gas kitchen you can prepare delicious dishes comfortably as it is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. At bedtime they have two bedrooms with a wardrobe and A/C, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house has two full bathrooms with a shower, one of them is exterior. Finally, they have a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with a baby, you will have a crib and high chair.

Characterized by its beautiful beaches, the Ses Salines area is ideal for spending a holiday near the sea. The villa is located just 7 kilometers from the beautiful Es Trenc beach, which stands out for its crystal clear water and fine white sand. They can choose to visit the other nearby beaches such as Playa des Dolç or Ses Covetes. One of the great attractions of Ses Salines is its natural environment, the area is ideal for exploring by bicycle or on foot, enjoying the agricultural landscapes and rural roads that lead to spectacular panoramic views of the sea and mountains.
