The exteriors of the property are designed so that you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate with all the comforts. On its terrace there is a 5x2.75m salt pool with a constant depth of 1.50m, perfect for cooling off. In addition, in the well-kept garden area you will find sun loungers and a porch equipped with a barbecue and a large table in the shade so you can enjoy unforgettable family meals. Being in the town, the house has direct neighbors. The interior of the three-story house, recently renovated, is tastefully decorated. In addition, it is designed for the rest and enjoyment of its guests. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and open to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook large dishes. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A sink completes this floor. Through stairs you can access the upper floors, where the large bedrooms and other bathrooms are located. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of them have A/C. On this floor there are two bathrooms with a bathtub, one of them en suite. Going up another flight of stairs you access the last bedroom, which has AC and access to a second terrace with a chill out area. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
