After a day of sun and beach, there is nothing better than taking a dip in the refreshing community pool. It is made of chlorine, measures 23 x 9 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2.20 meters. The grass area around is ideal for sunbathing after swimming. Once in the apartment, the terrace is the ideal space to enjoy an aperitif before enjoying a delicious dinner.

The stylish apartment is located on the second floor of the building which has an elevator. It has been recently renovated, and has all the necessary amenities for your vacation. The dining room is equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is independent and has an induction hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two beautiful bedrooms, both with lots of light and a double bed, will keep the dreams of our guests. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.

This apartment is located in a beautiful and well-kept urbanization in Calahonda, Mijas, next to a well-known shopping center with all kinds of services, and just 5 minutes from the Calahonda beach. It is characterized by its beautiful golden sand, crystal clear waters and moderate waves. Of course, in the area you will find other nearby beaches worth visiting such as Cabopino or Butibamba. You can visit nearby Marbella or Fuengirola, and don't forget to visit the charming town of Mijas and stroll through its pretty streets of whitewashed houses. Finally, in the area you will find several golf courses where you can practice your favorite sport.

The community pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. all year round. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
