The beautiful terrace at the entrance of the townhouse is perfect to enjoy your lunches and dinners al fresco while feeling the sea breeze caress you. In the back there is another terrace where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and where you also have the mobile barbecue.

The cozy two-story interior has a simple style with essential amenities to make your stay perfect. Upon entering you find the dining room which is equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning and ceiling fan. The kitchen is independent, has been recently renovated and is equipped with a ceramic hob. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms. The first has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the second has 2 single beds and air conditioning; and the last one also has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Finally, they have a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair and cot if you travel with your baby.

The townhouse is located on a quiet private street - where you can park 1 vehicle - next to the Chipiona Lighthouse and just 150 meters from the nearby Regla beach, which offers a variety of services and beach bars, and a beautiful walk along the sea until you reach the Monastery of Nuestra Señora de Regla and beyond. Chipiona is a family destination with delicious cuisine and a great cultural and leisure offer.
