Located in the picturesque coastal town of Mojácar, this charming holiday apartment located in a quiet urbanization close to the beach, has a communal chlorine pool in the center of a community garden with a very well-kept lawn where you can relax under the umbrellas provided by the community. The pool measures 12x6 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2.5 meters. From the apartment itself, we can enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea from the furnished terrace, ideal for spending a pleasant afternoon.

The cozy apartment distributed on one floor has a living-dining room from which you can rest, enjoying the sea views or watching TV, equipped with Smart TV, which the living room has. It has a table with four chairs to enjoy meals with your companions, as well as an air conditioner to cool the room. It has a ceramic hob kitchen open to the living-dining room where we can use its cooking utensils in complete comfort, along with a high chair in case you are traveling with children. When it comes to sleeping, it has the master bedroom equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the second bedroom which has two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable. In addition, the apartment has another bathroom equipped with a shower. For guests' convenience, they have a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.

With a privileged location, the apartment is located a short distance from the beautiful Mena beach, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The extensive beach has a promenade where you can take long walks with the sea at your side. The town of Mojácar has a picturesque town where you can try the varied Spanish cuisine thanks to different bars and restaurants in the town.
