The fantastic house "Son Manyo 222", situated only a few minutes outside of Sa Pobla, is the perfect place for holidays with family or friends, travelling together. The private plot is well-maintained and features a spacious paved driveway and large lawn area around the large round pool (5m). The beautiful garden also includes a large covered barbecue area and a private playground. The house is modern and made of high-quality materials. The bright living room has a comfortable sofa area with satellite TV, a large dining table, and a spacious open kitchen with a dishwasher. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: two with two single beds (90x190 cm) and another with a double bed (150x190 cm). A bathroom with a shower and a toilet are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with access to the large terrace, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The bed measures 180x200 cm. Of course, the house is fully equipped and has WiFi and air conditioning throughout the property. The nearest shops and restaurants are approximately 1.5 km away in the Mallorcan village of Sa Pobla. The beaches of Alcudia, Playa de Muro, and Can Picafort are a 15-minute drive away. Electricity according to consumption 0.35 euros/KWh. Heating according to consumption 2.15 euros/litre. Deposit 300 euros/reservation. The local tax and deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid on arrival in cash. Dog: upon request, maximum 6 kg, 35 euros/day and 100 euros/cleaning fee.
