There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the terrace of the property while admiring the beautiful views of the Mediterranean and the nearby mountains. In addition, the outdoor furniture invites you to relax while sunbathing or enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. As it is located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.
The interior of the house, on two floors and decorated with exquisite taste, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with AC and Smart TV, perfect for extending your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor there is also a sink. Via stairs you will access the floor where the 3 bedrooms are, all with air conditioning. Of them, 1 has two single beds, another has a single bed, while the last one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another independent bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. The apartment also has central heating. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
Port de Pollença is one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca, with a very familiar and calm atmosphere. If you feel like it, you can take a relaxing walk along the beach until you reach the center of the port, where you will be amazed by the picturesque promenade, full of shops, restaurants and all the services necessary for an independent stay. Pollença beach, a beautiful golden sandy area, is just 200 m from your accommodation. Taking advantage of your stay, you cannot miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, the Formentor viewpoint or Cala Sant Vicenç.
