It is ideally placed as it is only a 20 min walk away from both the famous Old Town and popular beaches.
This one-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons.
It features free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and lovely furnished balcony with outdoor furniture and city view. Kitchen is fully equipped, fitted with refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, toaster, water kettle and dishwasher. Spacious living room has a flat-screen SAT TV, sitting area and sofa bed, while private bathroom comes with a bathtub, washing machine and hair-dryer.
Ironing facilities are at the guests disposal.
Apartments are located approximately 1,5 km from Dubrovnik main bus station and ferry port, from whereyou can take one of many excursions to beautiful islands.
Supermarkets, restaurants, shopping center, cafes, bakeries, banks, post office and ATMs can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes.
Green market is only 850 meters walk away offering daily homemade fresh products. It is 2 km from Lapad Bay with its beautiful beaches.
Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 5 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.

The room and the apartment were both very big and the balcony perfect for having breakfast, Good WiFi and very friendly staff, It was very clean and has everything you could need for a perfect stay,

Great appartment, with all necessities, located right in the middle of everything, A nice 15 minutes walk to the old town, 5 minutes to the daily fresh food-market, and whatever kind of shopping just around the corner, Very nice and clean appartment, in the 2, floor of building, a farly quiet area, you can hear some traffic in the morning and afternoon, but nothing more, The owner is a supersweet lady, who are very helpful, and serviceminded, She offered to show us around, and if we should need anything, just let her know, Amazing! Absolutely a great place to stay in Dubrovnik!
De gastheren van het appartement zijn buitengewoon aangename mensen die altijd contact met je opnemen (zelfs vóór aankomst!) en klaarstaan om je te helpen met allerlei vragen. Het appartement zelf is zeer comfortabel en we hebben er werkelijk geen enkel minpunt aan kunnen vinden - netheid, veel ruimte en orde in alles en het heeft bijna alle faciliteiten die we nodig hebben. Een adembenemend uitzicht vanaf het balkon is de kers op de taart.
Geweldig verblijf in DubrovnikGoede centrale ligging, veel ruimte, Geweldig groot diep bad, De gastheren waren zo behulpzaam en gastvrij, zorgden ervoor dat ze lokale expertise en suggesties gaven over hoe ik het meeste uit mijn zeer korte reis naar Dubrovnik kon halen, en gaven zelfs advies voor mijn verdere reis door Kroatië, Heel erg bedankt aan Jadranka en Iva,
super schoon, geweldige locatie, super prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, de gastvrouw, Iva, haar moeder en man waren erg gastvrij! zorgden ervoor dat we goed werden verzorgd, we hadden een supercomfortabel verblijf en kunnen dit appartement niet genoeg aanbevelen
