This impressive house has dreamlike exteriors, where the star is the beautiful chlorine pool, measuring 10 x 5 m and 1.6 to 1.8 m deep. It is surrounded half by grass and half by a fantastic terrace with 8 sun loungers and a wooden structure, under which you can have breakfast or prepare delicious barbecues. Also, on the other side of the house, they have a large terrace where you can have an aperitif in calm.
The house offers three floors. You are welcomed by a spectacular and modern kitchen-living-dining room, ideal for enjoying the best dishes prepared on the ceramic hob and relaxing while watching satellite TV. There is air conditioning in this room and in the 4 rooms of the house. At this level, there is one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the 1st floor, there is one with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with an en-suite bathroom with shower. And on the 2nd floor, they have a bathroom with a bathtub and the last room with two single beds. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and a high chair, are available.
The location is perfect since they have everything you need for a good vacation: beach just 800 meters away, the town and its services practically as soon as you leave the house, and much more. S'Estanyol is a beautiful urbanization belonging to and next to the Colonia de Sant Pere, which is characterized by being an old fishing village, where this tradition is still preserved. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
