The living room, dining room and kitchen are in the same room. There you can relax, cooling off, thanks to the air conditioning unit available, while watching television or reading a book. In the furnished dining room you can enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your best dishes, including a ceramic hob. The property also has 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The house has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe and access to 1 crib. It also has 1 extra seat that stays on the sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, in the apartment you have access to 1 bathroom complete with shower, 1 fan and 2 radiators. The surroundings of the house are fantastic. Enjoy the familiar and quiet beach of fine sand that is just 50 meters from the apartment. Oliva Beach, with low density, will allow you to take long walks along the seashore, enjoy its good restaurants with typical dishes from the region or the terraces at the tapas bars. You can visit the town of Oliva, the Thursday market, its beautiful old town from the medieval era and the Moorish neighborhood of the suburb with its traditional festivals. In the surroundings you have the Marjal Natural Park and the Font Salada, a water source where you can bathe. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 24 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
