The balcony of this apartment is simple and small but, without a doubt, it becomes a cozy and absolutely magical place, since the views from here while you have a glass of wine, a coffee or read a book, are impressive. Imagine sitting in the sun while feeling the sea breeze from here. And, best of all, you will only have to walk a couple of minutes to take a refreshing dip in the sea. The interior surprises with a modern and spacious atmosphere. The living-dining room is also an idyllic place to relax watching satellite television but, especially, to eat with family or friends while contemplating the waters through a large glass window. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, everything you need to cook and a table with chairs in case you prefer to eat here. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the last one with a single bed so you can choose where to sleep. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available. There is A/C in the living room and bedrooms. The apartment has a privileged location as it is located just 100 meters from the beach of Can Picafort, a quiet but lively coastal area, especially in summer. A promenade full of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops and much more extends along the shore. The nearest golf course is in Alcanada, about 15 km away. The port is also only 13 km away. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
