The garden houses the large private chlorine pool which has a size of 14m x 5m and a depth between 1.1m and 1.9m. After swimming, you can lie down in one of the four hammocks and let the sun tan your skin. Both the terrace and the porch are ideal places to have a barbecue with friends and family. To cool off quickly, there is an outside shower. The fenced plot measures more than 15,000m2, where you can take beautiful walks. The house is completely private, but the access road is shared with the owner. Inside, the rooms have an elegant style and the typical wooden beams that Majorcan houses have. Upon entering, a living-dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, satellite television and CD and DVD player welcomes you. All chefs can prepare their signature dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, including a gas stove, utensils and microwave. In addition, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You can choose between three comfortable bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds; all with a wardrobe, with access to the garden and also an en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower. Two cots and a high chair are available on request. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. The farm is located near Manacor, a city with everything you need for an independent stay such as restaurants and supermarkets. Additionally, Manacor is famous for the Majorica pearl factory. In Portocristo you can not only visit the Cuevas del Drach and the famous underground lake, but you will also have the option to enjoy the beautiful port and the small sandy cove. Cala Millor beach, Cala Bona and the safari zoo are about half an hour away by car. If you are looking for nightlife, you can go to Cala Millor or Cala Ratjada. The next golf course in Capdepera is 22 km away. It is advisable not to take low or sports cars to reach the property. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
