It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the rooms has two single beds while the other two are equipped with double beds. The bathroom is completely renovated and is equipped with a shower and the other one that is attached to the patio is also completely new. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, a mixer, toaster, microwave, electric coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, and induction cooker. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing table.
The house has two terraces where you can enjoy outdoor dinners while preparing a delicious barbecue, and the good weather on the island. In the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV or enjoy a good book while the fresh air from the street and the sea breeze comes in.
The location of the accommodation is perfect because everything you need is accessible on foot: the sandy beach, a multitude of restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, drugstores, shops, supermarkets, bars, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes towards the town of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or other directions, such as Palma. The sandy beach is just a few meters from the door of the accommodation; just go down the street. This beach is perfect for small children since it does not have much depth or waves.
In Ca’n Picafort you will find several restaurants for any palate: fresh fish, good meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Mallorcan cuisine. If you just want to kill your hunger you can have a drink in the many bars and cafes in the area and on the promenade. There are also plenty of shops; Apart from the clothing, shoe and souvenir shops you will also find small supermarkets and grocery stores. The large supermarkets are on the road towards Artà or Alcúdia. Nearby you will also find 2 gas stations.
By car or bus you can easily go to many other beaches: Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, is worth a visit. Go to the squares, the church and the walls that surround the town. Inside, plenty of bars and good restaurants are a good place to stop for a while. Tuesdays and Saturdays are market days in Alcúdia, which becomes a bustling place full of life. Don't forget to visit the Roman ruins of Pollentia. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
