This beautiful house is located within the Son Talent urbanization and has a chlorine pool measuring 7.1 m x 3.5 m and a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.9 m. If you like walking, you can walk along the so-called via verda, where the train tracks once ran to the town of Artí. Today, it is a charming path widely traveled by cyclists and hikers. The eastern Mallorcan coast is full of wonderful beaches and is about a twenty minute drive away. In Porto Cristo you will not only find a beautiful sandy beach, but also a port, restaurants and the famous Cuevas del Drach.
