Outdoors, you will find a pool 7 meters long and 4 meters wide, with a depth that varies from 0.90 meters to 1.80 meters, perfect for cooling off on hot days. In addition, there is an outdoor shower for after a revitalizing bath. The sun lounger area offers a peaceful space for sunbathing and relaxing outdoors. There is also a porch and a terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue outdoors. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors.

Inside, the living room is equipped with Smart TV, and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The laundry room, located on the terrace, includes a washing machine and dryer, and there is also an iron and ironing board. In the chalet they have three bedrooms, all with access to the outside. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds respectively. In addition, there is another full bathroom in the accommodation. In the house you will find 4 fans and we can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby.

In Portocolom, our guests will be able to explore the charming fishing port, admire the colorful fishing boats and enjoy fresh seafood in its seaside restaurants. Cala Marçal, one of the most popular beaches in the area and just 2 km from the house, invites you to swim in its turquoise waters and relax on its golden sand. Additionally, the area offers activities such as diving, sailing and hiking, with coastal trails offering stunning views. Don't forget to visit the Portocolom Lighthouse and Santueri Castle for a dose of history and spectacular landscapes. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
