With wonderful views of the surroundings, the pool invites us to take a long and refreshing bath to cope with the Mediterranean climate. It is made of chlorine and measures 7 x 4 meters, while its depth ranges from 1.40 to 1.80 meters. Next to it, you will find a solarium area with 4 sun loungers and an umbrella under which you can read a book after bathing. Outside you will find other areas where you can spend time with your loved ones, relaxing outdoors, such as the terrace under the trellis or the glassed-in porch, the ideal place to enjoy lunches, dinners and delicious barbecues even when the weather is not good. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby. The interior of the house offers 140 m2 along a single floor, characterized by a rustic and traditional style. The house has all the necessary equipment to spend a unique and unforgettable vacation. Upon entering we find a spacious living room where you can sit and watch satellite TV and warm up by the fireplace on the coldest days. The dining table seats 6 people. From here you access the kitchen. It is independent and has a gas stove, microwave and oven, among others. In the house you will also find a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house there are three bedrooms to rest during your vacation. They are accessed from the outside porch located next to the pool. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second consists of two single beds and a wardrobe, and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The last bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. All three are equipped with air conditioning. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and high chair for you upon request. Andratx is a well-known town in the southwest of Mallorca. In the town you will find all the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants,... The sea is very close and there are several beaches nearby such as Sant Elm, Camp de Mar and Cala Fonoll. It is the ideal place for those looking for tranquility for their holidays and also for more adventurous people who want to take excursions such as to La Trapa or from Coma Calenta to Coma Freda. If you are a golf lover, you can practice it on the golf course near Andratx. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
