The exteriors are very beautiful, it has a private chlorine pool with dimensions of 4.8 x 4.7 and a depth of 1.4 m, outdoor shower, barbecue, etc. It has two completely private porches and a terrace.

The 130m2 house distributed over two floors has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single beds, and two on the 1st floor, one of which has a double bed and one with a single bed and a trundle bed. There are two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with a shower on the ground floor, and one with a bathtub on the 1st floor. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. The living room-kitchen-dining room is very cozy, it has two sofas, a small table, TV-Sat, and a table with chairs. The kitchen, in the same room and gas, is fully equipped to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The Porto Colom area is a beautiful tourist area in the east of Mallorca. It has a wide variety of sandy beaches and coves very close by that preserve the traditional fishing atmosphere of this part of the island of Mallorca. Its bay still has llaütets (typical Mallorcan boat) and trawlers that go out to sea every morning.
Apart from the very comfortable days on the beach that this apartment can offer you, you will also be able to enjoy (very close to this home), a wide variety of activities for the whole family. In the Cala Millor area, 15 minutes from Porto Colom, you will find a safari and playgrounds for children.

If what you like are sports such as golf, canoeing or cycling, you are in an ideal area, since you can rent canoes and bicycles in the center of Porto Colom. For golf lovers, the Vall d'Or Golf Course in the town of Horta is very close. In addition, Porto Colom has a large and varied nightlife area with many restaurants and pubs where you can go to have fun and enjoy the nights of your vacation to the fullest. This area can be reached perfectly on foot, since it is close to the apartment and, at the same time, at a sufficient distance to be able to rest peacefully. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
