Completely renovated with a modernized style and a single floor layout, this home has a wonderful, large terrace furnished with exquisite taste so you can disconnect and relax after long days of walking around the island. The nights invite you to dine under the stars accompanied by a good bottle of wine and to lie down in the chill out area while laughing together until dawn. Although it is a town house, privacy is total since there are no direct neighbors; only an old natural products factory that is now closed.

Behind large sliding glass doors, you can directly access the kitchen, a magazine space that anyone who is passionate about cooking dreams of. It has a ceramic hob, air conditioning and space so they can sit and snack while they prepare their most homemade recipes. The living room, also with AC, which opens onto the dining table, is equipped with a comfortable chaise longue sofa so you can watch an interesting movie on satellite television or read for a while, if you find an interesting book on the shelf. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, space for a cot, a high chair and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a second bathroom with shower, where the washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board are located, located outside. If you need it, we can provide you with a fan and two radiators.

Maria de la Salut, located in the Pla de Mallorca area, is a very quiet town but with all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores. During spring, its landscape becomes green and blooming. Every Wednesday the oldest and most traditional market on the island is held in Sineu, to which you are invited. A car is necessary, especially to visit our dream beaches such as the extensive beach of fine sand and crystal clear waters of Can Picafort or Playas de Muro.
