Dit mooie appartement ligt op een landgoed op de begane grond en is voor maximaal 4 personen. De typische bouwelementen, zoals de natuurstenen muur, de terracotta vloer en het balkenplafond zorgen voor een karakteristieke sfeer. Met 2 slaapkamers is het huis groot genoeg voor 4 personen en 2 huisdieren.
Je kunt hier heerlijk wandelen in de natuur of mountainbiken. De middeleeuwse steden zoals Pienza, Buonconvento of San Quirico zijn makkelijk te bereiken en ook de beroemde wijndorpen Montalcino en Montepulciano liggen om de hoek.
Buiten op het terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht op het landgoed. Bij het zwembad kun je genieten van een frisse duik. Voor de kinderen is er een kleine speeltuin op het landgoed.
Kosten voor het opladen van elektrische of hybride auto’s (indien mogelijk) zijn altijd naar verbruik en worden apart berekend. Je kunt 1 bed bijboeken voor €8,- per persoon per nacht.

The location is stunning, nestled in nature yet close enough to explore local towns, We loved the spacious garden where our kids could play, and the shared pool was a fantastic way to cool off after a day of exploring, Clean and well-equipped, this place ticked all the boxes for us
A charming stay in a beautiful setting, The house was clean and well-furnished, with a lovely garden to enjoy, The heating worked perfectly, which was great since we visited during cooler months, A nice base for exploring Tuscany!

Notre séjour à Belvilla par OYO Casa Ginepro était absolument délicieux ! La ferme avait un charme rustique qui capturait parfaitement l'essence de la Toscane, Nous avons passé nos soirées à faire des barbecues sur la terrasse tout en profitant des vues sereines sur la campagne, Je le recommande vivement pour une escapade paisible !
Die Ferienwohnung war geräumig und komfortabel für unsere Familie mit vier Personen, Wir haben besonders die Abende auf der privaten Terrasse genossen, wo wir die Ruhe der Gegend auf uns wirken lassen konnten, Die nahegelegenen Wanderwege waren ein Bonus, und wir haben die lokalen Weinverkostungen geliebt
