This fantastic two-story residential house offers two porches where you can relax. The front porch is ideal for having breakfast or having a glass of wine at sunset, while the back porch invites you to celebrate great evenings with a delicious barbecue. Right here they have an outdoor shower to rinse off or cool off when you get back from the beach. Upon entering you have a cozy and bright living-dining room, where you can lie down and watch satellite TV or eat together. The renovated kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking. There are 4 rooms with wardrobe. One of them, on the ground floor, has a single bed. The rest are on the upper floor, two with a double bed and ceiling fan, and another with a single bed. There are two bathrooms with a shower, one on each level. There is a cot, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has ducted air conditioning, except in the downstairs bedroom. Sa Rapita is located in a coastal enclave of singular beauty, which makes its beach one of the most beautiful on the island, in addition to others such as Es Trenc or Ses Covetes Beach. Sa Rapita has a wide range of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, nautical companies, a marina, etc. We also recommend a visit to the capital, Palma de Mallorca. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
