In the quiet town of Son Serra de Marina we find this wonderful villa, perfect for taking a bath in its private salt pool, 7 m long and 4 m wide and with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.6 m deep. It has an outside shower. In addition, you can enjoy sunbathing peacefully, or eat a wonderful breakfast, or relax with a good book in your chill out area.

The modern home, decorated with great style and nautical motifs, distributes its rooms over two floors. On the ground floor they have a large open area that has a living room with two sofas, Smart TV, AC and decorative fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and all the amenities to cook delicious meals. The dining area offers unbeatable views of the pool. Completing the ground floor you will find a toilet. Once upstairs, on the first floor you will find its 5 bedrooms, the first of them with a double bed, TV, AC, exit to the balcony, closet and en-suite bathroom, which has a shower. The second room with a double bed includes among its amenities AC, closet, desk and also has access to the balcony. The third room consists of a double bed with a bunk bed. The fourth room has a double bed, AC, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The last room also has a double bed and wardrobe. Finally, on this floor there is also another bathroom with a shower. It should be noted that the home has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. And if you are traveling with children, we can also provide them with a crib and a high chair.
