Casa Calma

Take a refreshing dip in the private salt pool, measuring 10 x 5 m and with a depth of 1.1 to 1.8 m. Enjoy the sun and the wonderful Mediterranean climate on the 6 sun loungers or have an aperitif in the relaxation area next to the house. In the back, you can have a coffee under the awning while contemplating the fields, or prepare a delicious barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced and offers total privacy.

The house follows a style of simple and modern lines, with rustic details, which provide the serenity necessary to feel at home. The lobby, which is accessed from the terrace, connects with the spacious living-dining room, where you can rest on the comfortable sofas, contemplating the views of the pool, after eating together. The modern kitchen offers a gas cooker and oven, and a dining area as well. Then they have another cozy room where you can watch satellite TV (channels only in English). There are 3 bedrooms. The first offers a double bed, dressing room, fan and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second has a bunk bed and a single bed, wardrobe and fan, and is accessed only through the last bedroom, which only has a single sofa bed for the sixth guest. Finally, from the latter you access the second bathroom of the house, also with a bathtub. There is a cot and a high chair for a baby, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This farm is located on the outskirts of Llucmajor, about 7.7 km. In the town you will find everything you need during your stay such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and a magnificent market that is held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday where you can buy fruits, vegetables and local products. The closest beach is Sa RÃ pita / Es Trenc, 12 km away, where you can enjoy turquoise waters and fine white sand. The nearest golf course, Son Antem, is just 13.8 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

Tourist license: ETV/8772At the entrance you must pay the Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash. The amount varies between 0.55€ / per night per person in the low season and 2.2€ / per night per person in the high season. Starting on the ninth day, it is reduced by half. People under 16 years old excluded. At the entrance you have to pay the deposit directly to the owner.
