Enjoy the splendid Mallorcan summer in the refreshing chlorine pool, which measures 6 x 3 meters and has a depth of between 1.3 and 1.8 meters. Around it, they have a fantastic terrace to sunbathe on one of the 4 comfortable sun loungers, or protect themselves from the sun in the middle hours under the umbrella while reading a book. Next to the house, you will find a wonderful furnished porch, with a relaxation area where you can sit and celebrate life with a glass of cava, and another dining area where you can enjoy the delicious barbecues of grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbors next door, although privacy is total. This beautiful chalet distributes its rooms over 2 floors. It has a simple style characterized by the light colors of the Mediterranean. Upon entering we find a fantastic living room with sofas where you can sit and rest and watch satellite television. Through an archway we access the dining area. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, among others. It communicates with the living room through a small open window. In the house you will also find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. To rest there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. Two of them are located on the ground floor and the third is on the first floor and also has air conditioning and access to the first floor terrace where you can go out to relax, sunbathe or have a drink at sunset. Two fans as well as a cot and a high chair are available on request. The house offers diesel central heating. This villa is located in a residential area of Son Serra de Marina, a small fishing village with a greater influx of locals and tourists in the summer. In the town you will find basic services such as some restaurants and a small grocery store. For everything else you will have to go to can Picafort, a few minutes away by car. The beach is made of rock and thick sand and shallow waters, with a very family atmosphere. You can visit other nearby beaches such as Puerto de Alcúdia or Can Picafort. Please note that the fireplace is decorative so you cannot use it. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
