The exteriors of this house are very special as they have fantastic corners where you can relax, as well as a wild area full of trees that surround a wonderful private toy pool. Chlorinated and with dimensions of 5 x 3 m and a depth of 1.3 m, it is ideal for them to cool off while enjoying the tranquility and a beautiful mountainous landscape. And, around them, they have 4 sun loungers to take advantage of the sun. Then they can rinse off in the outdoor shower, prepare a delicious barbecue, eat under the porch or on the first floor terrace, and spend the afternoon with a glass of wine in the chillout area. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors.
The house offers two floors, although its rooms are distributed on the first floor. In it you will find a beautiful living-dining room with air conditioning, ideal for watching satellite television while sitting on the sofas or while everyone eats together. The kitchen is in this same space behind a small bar and offers a ceramic hob. Then there are two rooms with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. Finally, there is a bathroom that serves the entire house and has a bathtub. On the ground floor there is only the laundry room, which has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Mancor de la Vall is a town located on the slopes of the Tramuntana Mountains, perfect for those seeking nature, as there are many routes for excursions on foot or by bicycle, for example to Santa Lucía, to Lluc, to Ses Fonts Ufanes or to the legendary Campanet Caves. In Mancor de la Vall there are good bars and restaurants, a grocery store, bakeries and a pharmacy. More services can be found in the city of Inca, less than 5 km away, where its traditional market is held every Thursday. And if you want a beach, the closest is 32 km away, the paradisiacal beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
