Thanks to its terrace on the third floor of this house equipped with 4 sun loungers, you can enjoy the views of the port under the warm sun and its Mediterranean climate. The entrance of the house allows you to pull out some chairs and a table to enjoy a good breakfast facing the sea.

The rustic interiors of the house distributed over three floors begin with a living-dining room located on the ground floor. In this space you will find a table where you can enjoy delicious meals with your companions. Next to the living room, there is the independent kitchen equipped with induction that has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your stay in the house. To complete the ground floor, there is a full bathroom equipped with a shower. Going up the stairs, you will reach the second room of the house which has the perfect views towards the sea thanks to the balcony. This room has a Smart TV to enjoy an afternoon of movies as well as an A/C to make the warm Mallorcan afternoons more refreshing. On this same floor there are the two bedrooms of the house, with a double bed and a fan in each room. One of the rooms has a TV. A second bathroom without a shower serves this second floor. Finally, if you travel with a baby, a crib and high chair will be provided. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board that can be used during your stay.
