The panoramic view of the town is amazing as it allows you to even see the mythical castle of Capdepera while relaxing on the terrace. In it, any moment becomes a memorable memory. You will always be able to remember the days spent drinking a strong coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset on the outdoor sofas. At night, the lights of the town provide the perfect setting for cooking something on the grill. When the heat gets a little too much after sunbathing in the 5 hammocks, take a nice dip in the pool! Its measurements include 10 m long x 5 m wide, and a depth of 1.50 m to 2 m. Inside the plot, on the -1 floor of the house, the caretakers of the property reside so that our guests do not lack for anything.

The house, decorated with a combination of styles, ranging from rustic and antique to modern, has everything you need to make your vacation unique. The room gives off the most absolute tranquility to watch satellite television comfortably. The dining room, as well as the induction kitchen, are independent. The latter offers space to eat with family or friends and direct access to the terrace. At your disposal there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The three bedrooms with wardrobe, A/C, and three bathrooms are distributed over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom also with a shower. On the upper floor, they have another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. We can provide you with a crib and a high chair in any of the rooms if you need it. The air conditioning in the cold months is ideal since there is central heating by diesel.

Capdepera is a medieval town with a castle, where many fairs are usually held, making it an interesting town full of culture and history. Certainly an excellent destination to enjoy a wonderful stay in Mallorca. Here you will have all the services you may need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The closest beach is about 3 km away, which is Son Moll beach, and the golf course is about 3.6 km away so you don't have to stop having fun.

The garage has been converted into a Cycling Friendly facility to welcome cyclists. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

Tourist license: ETV/8184At the entrance you must pay the Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash. The amount varies between 0.55€ / per night per person in the low season and 2.2€ / per night per person in the high season. Starting on the ninth day, it is reduced by half. People under 16 years old excluded. At the entrance you have to pay the deposit directly to the owner.
