The sandy terrace is perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets with the whispering of the waves as background music. The house offers another covered terrace, at the street entrance and equally furnished to enjoy the good weather.

The fantastic two-story house is characterized by a warm and simple style, with everything you need to feel at home. On the ground floor we find the living room with access to the terrace facing the beach, which has Smart TV and channels in German, English and French. An arch separates this room from the kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob. On this floor there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. An AC unit in the hall cools the 3 rooms. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. The property has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can also prepare a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby.

The house is located in Ses Barreres, between Cala Bona and Costa dels Pins, a privileged enclave not only because it is right in front of the sea, but also because it is a very quiet residential area. The meadows of the typical algae of Balearic waters, Posidonia, clean the water and turn the scene in front of the house into a turquoise paradise. In Cala Bona you will find all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The Son Servera golf course is just 1.7 km away.

There is parking for one car right in front of the house.
The fireplace is decorative. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
