The patio of this house awaits a nice surprise: a 5m x 3m chlorine pool, with a depth of 1.8m, 4 sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, an outdoor shower to cool off and remove the chlorine, a gas barbecue and a porch with a table to enjoy the best outdoor dinners. On the first floor there is a large covered terrace with a sofa and two rocking chairs, overlooking the pool, as well as a balcony. Being located in the town, there are direct neighbors.

There is a living-dining room with an open kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa, an armchair, Smart-TV, DVD, CD and air conditioning, as well as a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is gas, with an electric oven, a high chair for a baby, and has a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to cook at ease. On the terrace you will find a laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, we find a bathroom with a hydromassage shower on the ground floor. The bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub on the first floor has access to a terrace. There is space here to prepare a crib if you are traveling with your baby. The second bathroom on this floor also comes with a bathtub. The remaining bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and access to a balcony. In winter you won't be cold thanks to the central heating and there is air conditioning in the living room and three of the bedrooms.

The farm is located on the outskirts of Muro, approximately 10 - 15 minutes by car from dream beaches such as Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. Both beaches have fine sand and crystal clear waters. In Muro you will find a gas station, supermarkets, bars and everything else you need for an independent stay. In Sa Pobla, a few kilometers from the farm, you can taste good tapas in the main square and meet the local people. On Sundays a market takes place, where you can buy fresh products from the region, clothing and crafts. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
