In the communal chlorine pool of 10 m x 10 m and a depth of 1.2 m x 1.7 m you can cool off during the months of June to September. There is an outside shower, very practical for showering after the beach. The private terrace of 7 m2 is offered for a dinner with the family.

The cozy apartment is made up of a bright living-dining room, with AC and TV, next to the open gas kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it comes to sleeping, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The full bathroom has a shower. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A fan and three electric radiators complete the equipment and more are available on request. If you travel with your baby we can also provide you with a crib and high chair.

This property is located in the area of ​​Playa del Arenal, the center of the bay of Jávea, it is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known beach and most frequented by bathers thanks to its very fine sand and shallow waters. Jávea is a surprising city where you will be amazed by each of its corners, whether walking through the historic center admiring the large number of monuments, visiting one of its natural corners such as Cala de la Granadella or enjoying the route of the riu-raus, traditional Valencian buildings. It offers a large number of cultural proposals such as the Moors and Christians festival, its museums or its patron saint festivals. You can also sit down to eat in some of its fantastic restaurants and bars. As for the sport that you can ideally practice, diving is one of the best options, as is sailing or parasailing. On dry land, the best options are hiking through the Montgó Natural Park, tennis and golf.

The pool is open from June to September with swimming hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
