A pleasant and relaxing bath in the chlorine pool, measuring 10 x 5 m and 1.3 to 2.2 m deep, is what you most want after a long day of walking or at the beach. The beautiful garden in its entirety is the perfect setting to relax. As the afternoon falls, you can enjoy a good dinner on the porch while watching the sun set over the mountains. You can easily prepare a delicious barbecue or one of your best recipes on the ceramic hob. If you prefer, they have a second glass porch perfect for dining and extending the evening with a glass of wine on the sofas. Inside this two-story house you will find a comfortable living room, open to the dining room, with two sofas, a coffee table and television. They then access a huge Mediterranean-style kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, large countertops and much more. Here they also have space to sit down and eat together accompanied by air conditioning. Please note that the fireplaces, both in the living room and in the kitchen, are only a decorative element and are not suitable for use. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, ironing board and an iron. On this same floor, they have two bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and A/C, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom, with shower and bathtub, and space to prepare a crib and a high chair if needed. Then, a bathroom with a shower completes this floor. Upstairs, they find another bathroom with a shower and three other rooms. Two of them have a double bed and wardrobe, although one offers A/C and the other a fan. The last room has two single beds and a fan. For colder days, the ground floor is acclimatized with underfloor heating, while the upper floor is equipped with gas central heating. The coast of Jávea has a very varied landscape, which includes a great succession of paradisiacal coves, beautiful beaches and spectacular cliffs and islands. Its protected Montgó Natural Park or the Cap de Sant Antoni Marine Reserve are spectacular natural places to visit quietly or where to take a pleasant excursion. For beach lovers, we recommend Playa del Arenal, located near the house, or the unique coves of Cala Granadella, Cala Blanca or Cala Barraca. And yes, before leaving we invite you to visit the old town of Jávea. You can't miss its medieval streets! Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
